It all starts here. At this appointment, you are one step closer to your dream smile. Our goal is to make your smile makeover journey as easy and exciting as possible. What we focus on most is YOU. You are at the center of everything we do, from your custom smile makeover design, to working around your schedule - this is your experience and no one elses, so plan on being spoiled.

At this appointment, Dr. Hoffman will thoroughly evaluate everything with you and develop a cosmetic plan customized to your unique needs and wants, while also making sure your mouth is in good oral health to ensure long lasting results.

You will be scanned with iTero - a 3D scanning system that creates digital impressions. These impressions are sent off to create a wax-up (a cast model that showcases what your customized smile makeover will look like) which you will review at your next visit. Additionally, you will have a 3D scan taken to ensure the health of your teeth and have before photos taken.
