Jacob

Jacob needed a front tooth removed and replaced. This was the type of treatment he knew needed to be done right from the start and wasn’t going to just anyone with such an important task. He came to see Dr. Hoffman after many consults elsewhere and having seen Dr. Hoffman’s work for the same procedure he needed online. All in, Jacob had Invisalign, an extraction on front tooth number 9, with bone and gum graft, implant, abutment and custom crown on implant tooth number 9 and a veneer on the adjacent front tooth (number 8). He is happy that things were done correctly, and successfully from the start and so happy that the results are aesthetically pleasing.
